Fall 2011 D-TRAIN Registration Clarification:
Situation one: Registration Fee. If you attend any event on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday night, a fee is requested. If all you do is attend training, visit the ships store, or Directors field office on Saturday, the registration fee is not requested: park your car, come in, and attend the session. If you overnight using the G24 code, please submit the registration form indicating that all you plan to doing is attend the training. We match hotel reservations to DTRAIN registration forms.
Situation two: Saturday night Commodores reception and Commodores banquet: If you purchase a meal for the banquet, that person can attend the reception without needing to purchase a reception ticket. If you or a member of your group is only going to attend the reception and not attend the banquet, then they will need to have a reception ticket to attend the reception. "I say again", if you purchased a meal ticket for the banquet, do not include the purchase of the reception ticket. Refunds will be sent to those who have alreadypurchased both for the reception.
