AUXDATA ACCESS
A directive has come down from the Department of Homeland Security that all accounts that remain inactive for 45 days will be locked. Effective 1 June 2009, OSC will make the change to AUXDATA. If you have access, please make it a point to sign-on the system at least once a month to maintain your access and keep from having your access locked and eventually deleted. This applies to both the Production and Training databases.

eDirectory tip:  When you pull up more than a full sheet (20) of names on Standard Search and want to save them using the Export Feature at the bottom of the page and save to CSV will capture the entire list regardless of it's length.

eDirectory tip:  The list of names and addresses captured in CSV can easily be used to create a "bang list" for e-mail.  Highlight the all items in the column for e-mail address and cut and paste it to the address section of your e-mail message.  No typing required!

The Forms Page on the national website contains all the latest forms by issue date. There is a Forms Date and a Revision Date if it applies  There is also a Forms News link on that page.  Forms news normally tells you about the latest changes in all forms
